Behind the scenes at a fashion shoot with Kirk McKoy
The Assignment: Staff photographer Kirk McKoy takes you behind the scenes of a fashion shoot to see how he works on making the photographs that appear on the pages of the Image section. This subject of the session was denim. The location was an industrial denim washhouse in Gardena.
Videographers Myung J. Chun and Tim French give you a pulled-back view on how this photo session was approached and how it turned out. A particularly nice bonus is a detailed look at the specs and lens choices.
