La Canada — A resident on Ocean View Drive in the Paradise Valley neighborhood of La Cañada Flintridge is asking that people do not take his sandbags that are already filled with sand to protect their homes. Olivia Brown, a nearby resident, said most residents have been prepared for rain with sandbags and K-rails since October.

More rain in Southern California

The first of several rainstorms moved into Southern California on Wednesday and our photographers hit the streets to capture it. The rains should continue through Sunday morning and we will be updating with more photos as the week goes on. So watch this space for new images.
