More than 100 teenage foster girls under the supervision of the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services are prepped for their prom at Valley Beth Shalom in Encino on April 10, 2011. The teens had their makeup and hair done by professional hair and makeup stylists who volunteered their time. The girls get to choose a dress, purse, shoes and jewelry that were donated for the event. The event is presented by the Adopt a Child Abuse Caseworker Program.
