Gallery print auction and raffle for Japan earthquake victims
To raise money for victims of the Japan earthquake, the KONA Gallery and Photojournalism Center in San Clemente will host a silent auction and raffle Saturday from 6 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Along with International Medical Corps, ZUMA Press, DOUBLEtruck magazine and area merchants, the gallery will offer goods and services valued at over $100,000.
Among the items donated are more than 40 20-inch by 30-inch prints from the 29 Seeing Double Exhibition.
Donations are also being accepted from those who cannot attend. All of the proceeds will go to Japan, through International Medical Corps and ZUMA Press’ Tokyo Bureau.
