Amelia Posada and her wife, Erika Nakamura, better known as Lindy & Grundy,  might not fit the mold, but that didn’t stop the two women — short in stature, but big in personality — from moving to Los Angeles from New York  to open their own sustainable butcher shop on Fairfax Avenue in West Hollywood.
