Crosstown rivals UCLA and USC

The rivalry between USC and UCLA has been ramping up in anticipation of their annual football game Saturday at 7 p.m. at the Coliseum.

USC students wrapped Tommy Trojan in duct tape to protect the statue from vandalism. A landmark of the USC campus in Los Angeles, the statue is being guarded around the clock by members of the Trojan Knights Spirit and Service Organization.

On UCLA’s Westwood campus, students rallied with a bonfire Monday night.
