MOPLA [Month of Photography Los Angeles] opening night event: March 31
Gallery hop at Bergamot Station, sip some wine, take in a diverse array of art and be a part of the annual Month of Photography Los Angeles [MOPLA] opening night party. There is something for every taste and sensibility, including an outdoor projection by the award-winning staff of the Los Angeles Times as well as a photo booth by famed Los Angeles Times photojournalist Ricardo DeAratanha. Galleries such as Robert Berman, Frank Pictures, dnj Gallery and Rose Gallery will showcase a range of images.
This opening event is always one of my favorites throughout the year and a great way to kick off April. The fine people at the Lucie Foundation produce this incredible event to highlight photography in our flavorful and diverse city.
