The three-day Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival, featuring headliners the Black Keys, Radiohead, Dr. Dre and Snoop Dogg, opened Friday at the Empire Polo Club in Indio. The sold-out festival will present the same lineup next weekend. Check back often; we’ll be updating this gallery with pictures of performers and fans.     These are some very remarkable pictures! Three different photogs and three different views. I have tried to take pictures at a festival myself and never could capture the essence that these appear to present: the feelings of what is taking place right in front of you, the dynamic action and the enjoyment expressed is quite well captured.
    Maybe I can go back and try it again … and again… and again. Maybe then I can see how to catch what these fine photographers found and made so exciting.
