Police and protesters have fought running battles as a violent backlash over the killing of a radical Muslim cleric continued in Kenya's second largest city, leaving several people hospitalized, officials said. Police officers used tear gas against youths protesting the killing Monday of Aboud Rogo Mohammed, who was allegedly involved with the Al Qaeda-linked Somali militant group al-Shabab.
