Emerging Focus: International Photography Competition
The Emerging Focus International Photography Competition will select 20 finalists’ work to be seen by the members of the fine art photography community at the 22nd annual photo l.a., January 17-21.
Photography is a not the easiest business to break into. There is a lot of competition out there. Emerging Focus along with photo l.a. and Icon Gallery in Los Angeles will host its second annual photography competition in search of the next rising talent.
Be discovered. Enter and hopefully we’ll get to see your work. The deadline is 11:59 p.m. PST Nov. 20.
Untitled by Marguerite Courtney is part of a body of work titled “Moments.” She utilizes black-and-white film and makes prints in a traditional darkroom. Courtney’s photograph was the 2012 Grand Prize winner of the Emerging Focus: International Photography Competition.
