Preparation underway for the 124th Rose Parade

Volunteers converge on Pasadena to decorate floats for the Rose Parade. Some of the highlights of this year’s parade include a Virginia couple to be married on a float. As if getting married before your closest friends and family weren’t nerve-racking enough,  the couple will tie the knot in front of millions of viewers at the 2013 Rose Parade.
