2013 West Hollywood Halloween Carnaval

Every year on All Hallows Eve, tens of thousands of revelers flock to Santa Monica Boulevard in West Hollywood for the city’s Halloween Carnaval, billed as one of the world’s largest Halloween celebrations.

Framework takes a bite of the sights, color and energy of the ghoulish festivities.
