Chadian nationals and others from other Muslim countries shelter under a derelict aircraft at the Bangui air force base awaiting their evacuation to Chad. Fighting in the capital of strife-torn Central African Republic has killed at least 30 people over the past three days, the International Committee of the Red Cross said on Friday.

Earlier in the day, Bode Miller of the USA made his second training run on the Men’s Downhill course at the Rosa Khutor Alpine Center in Krasnaya Polyana, Russia.
