Each week we bring you the very best in visual journalism. This week the eyes of the world were focused on Hong Kong, where thousands of pro-democracy protesters have taken to the streets. With demonstrations in their sixth day and a sense of exhaustion setting in among supporters, the protesters seemed to be facing a choice of giving up spots, such as Mong Kok and Causeway Bay, and consolidating in other locations, or staying and risking violence and a loss of public support.
