Cool Art | 32nd Harbin International Ice and Snow Festival

The 32nd Harbin International Snow and Ice Festival is underway in northern China. The theme of this year’s festival is ‘Pearl on the Crown of Ice & Snow.’ Organizers said this year’s festival used a record 11.7 million cubic feet of snow to create the works of art.
